Settlement Terms

Merchant must have provided valid and verified bank accounts details to SwiF for settlement.
Merchant account must be active meaning all your documents are in order and you have paid the yearly subscription fee.
Minimum settlement must reach RM100. Settlement will not be made until the total payment from your customers reaches the minimum of RM100.
In some cases SwiF may request the proof of delivery to proceed with the settlement.
In case of suspicious activity detected by the issuing bank, the settlement schedule in place will not apply until the transaction has been verified.
